Welcome to VibePoll. By creating an account, generating polls, or casting votes on our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptable Content & User Conduct
You agree not to submit polls, options, or comments that are defamatory, hateful, abusive, illegal, or violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove violating polls without prior notice.
2. Tamper-Proof & Entertainment Notice
VibePoll incorporates security checks to resist casual voting manipulation. However, VibePoll is not intended for legally binding government elections or official referendums. Poll results represent community sentiment on our platform.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid features (Creator and Pro tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our approved payment providers. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
