1. Acceptable Content & User Conduct

You agree not to submit polls, options, or user submissions that:
- Are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
- Promote unlawful activities, violence, or illegal substances.
- Infringe upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.
- Attempt automated ballot manipulation, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), or bot ballot stuffing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and delete polls found in violation without prior notice.

2. Entertainment & Informational Notice

VibePoll incorporates multi-layered algorithmic checks to deter duplicate submissions and casual ballot tampering. However, VibePoll is designed as an open opinion and sentiment gathering tool and is not certified for formal binding statutory elections, governmental ballots, or official legal referendums. All poll statistics reflect aggregate platform community perspectives.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Certain enhanced features (including Creator and Pro tiers, higher poll limits, branding removals, and data export) are offered on recurring subscription terms via verified payment gateways (including Razorpay). Prices are listed in INR/USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to standard payment processor review upon reaching out to support.

4. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, VibePoll and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all software, trademarks, and user interfaces on VibePoll. You may access this for your own personal and commercial polling use subject to restrictions set in these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall VibePoll, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, loss of data, or reliance upon poll outcome data.
